What if I am not ready to travel right now?

What if I've never planned a big trip before?
You’re in the right place! The club is specifically designed for moms who want to become confident planners. We start with simple, local trips and build your skills over time. You’ll never feel overwhelmed or out of your depth.
Will this membership teach me how to be a travel agent?
The goal of this membership is to teach you how to DIY your travel planning with confidence and give you access to professional resources that can help. This membership is not designed to teach you how to be a travel professional for clients.
I'm on a tight budget. Will this help me travel affordably?

It does not matter how your family educates your children for the Bold Explorers Club to be a great fit. This club is designed to help moms travel better together with or without their families.
The Ultimate Way More Than a Field Trip Bundle is included with the membership. This product was designed specifically to help homeschoolers include educational travel and local field trips in their homeschool year.
Are there private office hour options?
Member Office Hours are usually 2+ hours where members can “pop-in” to ask a question or get help with an area of planning. If there is a need for privacy a special condensed time may be available. You will not need to stay the whole time to get help. Of course, you can always email Shanda directly as well for assistance.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee. Requests must be made in writing through email to shanda@shandasmith.com within the 7-day purchase period. Your membership will be stopped/refunded within 10 business days. We have no control over how long it will take your financial institution to return funds after our refund. Proof of refund will be emailed to you.
How do I cancel the membership?
Every family is different and therefore your access needs are different. When you are ready to cancel, cancellation is easy. and can be done through the cancellation link included with the membership materials. You will be able to cancel in your ThriveCart Customer Hub linked in the membership. However, be sure to grab all the bonuses you want for your family before you cancel.
Did the Bold Explorers Club close?
In January 2025, we opened the membership for more founding members. By the end of January, Shanda’s husband was newly diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. The membership has been briefly paused for all members to prioritize their family’s needs but is on track to reopen at the end of summer 2026. Memberships fees were refunded during this time but prior members will have the opportunity to reinstate at the same rate as before.
We were deeply saddened to pause business but it was in the best interest for our members and Shanda’s family. We look forward to a return to “business-as-usual” this year.
