Transparency is one of our core values. We do not add hidden fees to your quote and are honest about the commissions we receive from your chosen supplier.
Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, and it is one of the best investments you will make for your vacation. My planning fees cover the personalized attention, expert research, and ongoing support.
My clients find that the time savings and peace of mind more than justify my fee.
My service fee rates are dependent on the type of travel package you are requesting and are priced based on the time anticipated to perfect your journey.
Service fees for planning your group vacations are priced based on the complexity of the reservations. I am happy to provide a personalized quote for your group and talk you through the next steps.
Service Fee Levels:
If you know the details for your travel plans, no research is required from me, and you will not need me to book flights: $0 No Service Fee Required
If you have most of the travel plan outlined, but would like help to the finish line, support for answering questions: $50 Base Fee
Multiple quotes, multiple reservations to maintain, and flight management: $150 Fee
Concierge Service, Multi-Destination Management, Printed Documents, and Itinerary Built: $250 Service Fee
Please note that I do not accept service fees from clients in some states due to state regulations.
Payments are made through a Credit Card Authorization in Tern and linked with your first quote.
